Privacy Policy

This policy covers the ChimeraML website, inquiry form, and PsyAura administrative messaging and SMS preferences services operated by SILICON TECHNOLOGIES LLC under the ChimeraML brand. It does not replace a clinic’s or research center’s own privacy notices or any separate notice for a clinical or research service. The SMS preferences form records pending requests only: it does not verify phone numbers, send texts, or activate recurring subscriptions.
Information collected
If you send a website inquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional organization, message, and any availability you provide. If you request SMS, we collect your mobile number and your separate coordination and research-invitation choices, along with a request reference, submitted disclosure version, and submission time. Cloudflare and Netlify provide website hosting and form-processing services during our hosting transition. Form submissions are forwarded securely to Netlify Forms; these providers may also process IP addresses, browser information, and security or delivery logs. Messaging systems may also process your messages, replies and delivery information when texting is enabled.
The form does not request diagnoses, medication lists, insurance details or medical records. Submitting it is not permission to obtain or share those records. When neither SMS option is selected, this form does not create a subscription or store the submitted phone number in its consent records.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to website inquiries, arrange requested conversations, administer the selections you make, verify control of your number, provide the chosen messages, maintain evidence of permission, respond to support requests and unsubscribe requests, and protect the service against misuse. Research invitations require the separate research-invitation choice; coordination permission alone does not authorize them.
Mobile information and consent
We do not sell or share mobile numbers, personal information, or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not buy or sell SMS subscriber lists. Messaging consent belongs to this PsyAura program and is not transferred to clinics, research centers, or other businesses.
Service providers may process the minimum information necessary to operate this program on our behalf, subject to appropriate contractual restrictions. Carrier or service-provider compliance review and disclosures required by law may also involve relevant records. This does not permit another business to use your information or consent for its own marketing. Any referral or medical-record exchange requires its own appropriate permission and arrangements.
Service providers and storage
Website inquiries and pending SMS requests are stored in Netlify Forms. Website inquiries are also emailed to our business support inbox; the SMS request form is separate. We do not submit your phone number to AgentPhone through this preferences form.
When you contact PsyAura’s phone number, AgentPhone processes message and call information. Its connection to our Cloudflare Worker can include phone numbers, message bodies, and call transcripts. The administrative backend discards raw message text, transcripts, and attachments rather than saving them. It stores encrypted opt-out status, request references, delivery metadata, and explicitly confirmed callback details in AWS DynamoDB. AgentPhone, carriers, and hosting providers may retain their own operational records under their policies. Providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate, subject to applicable requirements.
Retention and security
Access to subscription records is restricted to authorized personnel and service providers who need it. Personal information, including inquiry and consent records, is retained for as long as reasonably needed to administer the program, maintain suppression preferences, meet applicable requirements, or resolve disputes. No storage or communication system is completely secure. Ordinary SMS may appear on a shared device or lock screen; do not include sensitive health information in your replies.
Your choices
Both SMS options are voluntary. To withdraw a pending request now, email support. When messaging is active, Reply STOP to unsubscribe or contact us to withdraw permission. Reply HELP for help. You may request access, correction or deletion by email; identity verification may be required. Additional rights may apply depending on where you live. Contact us to exercise them or to raise a privacy concern. Some records may need to be retained for legal or opt-out compliance. These pages do not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Hosting and spam-prevention services may process technical information necessary to deliver and protect the pages. Links to other services are governed by those services’ own privacy notices.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is not a condition of receiving care, participating in research, using PsyAura, or making a purchase. This program is intended for adults 18 and older. Do not submit information about children through these forms.
