Terms of Service

These terms cover the ChimeraML website and PsyAura by ChimeraML SMS program operated by SILICON TECHNOLOGIES LLC. The SMS provisions describe the messages covered by the separate choices on our preferences page. At present, that page records pending requests only; it does not verify a number or enroll anyone in recurring messages. Separately authorized backend tests are limited to approved recipients. Number verification and end-to-end messaging and opt-out checks remain necessary before routine service begins. Contact our support email to withdraw a pending request.
Website use
Use these pages lawfully. Do not submit another person’s details without permission, impersonate someone, send spam, or interfere with the service. Website materials are general information, not a clinical service or a promise of research eligibility. Separate agreements govern any paid services or research participation. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
Program and available messages
Coordination updates: messages about requests you make, screening or appointment coordination, reminders and, for clinic/research staff, study-status and availability updates.
Research invitations: research-opportunity and recruitment invitation messages. These require their own opt-in and are not included with coordination permission alone.
Messages may be automated or assisted by AI. You can request human assistance by contacting our support email. Message frequency varies with your choices and interactions. Message and data rates may apply.
Voluntary consent
Select only the messages you want, using a number you own or are authorized to use. Both checkboxes start unchecked. Submitting without selecting an SMS option does not subscribe you. By selecting an option and submitting, you agree to that option’s specific text-message disclosure and these program terms. Agreement to general terms does not itself provide SMS consent.
SMS consent is not a condition of receiving care, participating in research, using PsyAura, or making a purchase. This text program is intended for adults 18 and older. We may need to verify control of your number before regular messages begin.
Stopping messages and getting help
The following keyword instructions apply when messaging is active. Pending requests can be withdrawn now by emailing support.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out; no further program messages will be sent unless you provide new applicable consent. Reply HELP for help or email puneet@chimera-ml.com. Also contact that address if you change your number or no longer control it. Other clear requests to stop messages must also be honored through the support process.
Leaving boxes unchecked on the signup page does not revoke an existing subscription. Use STOP or contact support for an existing subscription.
Care and research
Signing up for texts does not enroll you in a trial, establish eligibility, authorize the sharing of medical records, or consent to automated phone calls. Any referral, study participation, medical-record access or clinical service requires its own appropriate process. Study teams determine eligibility and obtain research consent. Clinicians retain responsibility for clinical decisions.
Research participation and specialist appointments depend on the relevant providers and programs; neither is guaranteed by SMS signup. Do not send sensitive medical information by text. PsyAura SMS is not an emergency service or a substitute for medical care.
Delivery and privacy
Delivery depends on supported carriers and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Read our Privacy Policy for the information collected, how it is used and your choices. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared for third-party marketing.
Program changes
We may update these terms or suspend the SMS program. Updates will be posted with a new version. We will obtain additional permission before expanding message purposes where required. Questions can be sent to puneet@chimera-ml.com.
