SMS preferences

Enter your own mobile number and select the messages you would like to receive.

This form records pending requests only. It does not send texts, verify phone numbers, or enroll you in recurring messages. Separately authorized, limited backend tests may send administrative replies.

For adults 18 and older. Use a U.S. mobile number that you own or are authorized to use.

Both choices are optional. SMS consent is not a condition of receiving care, participating in research, using PsyAura, or making a purchase.

By selecting an SMS option and submitting, you agree to that option’s disclosure and the SMS Terms of Service. General agreement to terms is not SMS consent.
